Susan began teaching group exercise classes in May
of 1997 while maintaining a career in Human Resources.
After seventeen (17) years in Corporate America, she
made the transition to the fitness industry on a full-time
Susan has been a recognized fitness professional in the
Greater Boston area for over 16 years. She has multiple
certifications within the fitness profession including
NASM® Certified Personal Trainer, NASM® Corrective
Exercise Specialist, and specialty certifications in Pre/Post
Natal Fitness and Facilitated Stretching. In addition,
Susan is AFAA® Certified in Primary Group Exercise
& Kickboxing, is a SPINNING® Certified Instructor
and is TRX® Suspension Training Certified. She is
also a Certified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach through
the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has an undergraduate
education in Marketing.
Susan enjoys working with a wide-range of clientele including
post-injury rehab clients, athletes, pre/post-natal women,
seniors and beginners to exercise. She possesses particular
knowledge in non-contact boxing technique and kickboxing training,
weight loss, high-intensity cardiovascular circuit training
and overall strength & muscle conditioning.
